This photo of The Horseshoe Falls was taken by Wendy from 'The Maid Of The Mist' tour boat at its closest approach to the falls. The noise from the cascading water is awesome. In 1960 a 7-year-old boy, Roger Woodward, was swept over these falls but miraculously survived. He was pulled out of the water after being spotted by the crew of one of 'The Maid Of The Mist' tourist boats.
